Whether you are selling merchandise, advertising an event or throwing a party, web mail is a fantastic way to get the word out. Images catch the eye and grab attention in a far more aggressive way than email text. But html emails/ Eblasts/ Web Mail campaigns are about so much more than just putting together a beautiful presentation.
There are lots of ‘Do’s and Don’ts’ when it comes to choosing a proper subject line, compiling and maintaining mailing lists, making layouts and formats browser friendly and compatible with multiple email clients, and most of all, not getting marked as SPAM!

Know Howe Tile launches it’s web presence!

Matt Howe of Know Howe Tile knew he needed a presence online to provide information to potential customers 24/7. The challenge was to design a coherent website that advertised to the three different markets he catered to: Commercial/Restaurants, Residential, and Custom Granite. The solution was a gateway homepage that clearly directs potential clients to the part of the website they are most interested in. Also essential were ‘Before & After’ galleries and a customized contact form.
In addition to the website, all the collateral was redesigned to present a united image. This consistency adds to consumer confidence and projects efficiency and organization as a company.

Florida in a Box of Pembroke Pines, Fl, brings the tastes, scents and tropical goodness of Florida to the rest of the United States. This online gift store was to have a flamingo mascot and be all about getting the tropics to a sunshine starved consumer market.

Restless Soles

The Restless Soles of San Diego, CA recorded The Beer Sessions in 2009 and commissioned Drawing A Crowd to create the artwork for their CD.

The two founding members wanted a friendly, bluesy, traveling feel to their materials. Since the album was comprised of covers of old favorite blues, country and rockabilly tunes, we opted for a scrapbook look with a stamped looking logo as a hint of a passport stamp. The bootprints pay homage to a down-to-earth charm and blue collar sense of humor the musicians are known for. It’s all about having fun.

Cheery Chap Greetings

The Cheery Chap concept began in New London, CT. This greeting card company was to design greeting cards and stationary appropriate for men to send other men. This would include correspondence for corporate situations, military, and for members of lodges and clubs.

GNP Frame

GNP Frame of La Jolla, CA was an established wholesale framing company that wanted to take their business to a national level. They had a logo when we met, but needed a fresh, new image that projected them as a high quality company with competitive prices and unmatched style.

This logo was mirrors GNP Frame’s signature product, the pinwheel layout frame. The simple icon is paired with strong, clear lettering to establish the company to a market of artists, photographers and resale clientele.

Small Wonders for Cloud Nine Studios

Cloud Nine Studios of Wesley Chapel, FL is a hugely successful family portrait photography studio. Part of their success is the development of programs and packages that bring their clients back to them time and again to photograph their growth and memories.

Small Wonders was a program launched to document the first 5 years of a child’s growth through portrait photography. The logo for the program needed to be fun and whimsical, appropriate for all collateral (web and print) and for T-shirts and perhaps denim jackets.

What a fun logo to design! Once the logo was decided, we worked on a pamphlet to describe the program.

40 Years of History

Marcoa Publishing, Inc. of San Diego, CA put a challenge out to it’s designers to create a graphic to celebrate 40 years in business. MPI specializes in Military and Chamber of Commerce publications, and has several offices nationwide.
